Nice To Host You is a beautifully renovated apartment located in an elegant residential area, just a short walk from Laurentina metro station and only five minutes from IFAD. Its strategic position ensures convenient access both to Rome’s historic center—the beating heart of antiquity—and to Ostia’s seaside, Trastevere’s vibrant nightlife, and Rome's major airports.

Spanning 45 square meters (485 square feet) plus an additional 10 square meters (108 square feet) balcony, the apartment boasts high-end finishes and numerous amenities for an exceptionally comfortable stay. These include ultra-fast Wi-Fi, climate-controlled heating and air conditioning in all rooms, Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machines, toaster, microwave, a state-of-the-art 43-inch 4K smart TV with Netflix, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, and blenders.

The apartment has double-glazed windows, refined parquet flooring, and optimal solar exposure guarantee excellent thermal insulation throughout the year. The quiet, internal facing orientation ensures restful nights, complemented by Rome’s pleasantly mild climate.

The fully-equipped kitchen caters to all culinary needs. Separate living and sleeping areas each feature French windows opening onto the spacious balcony. The private bathroom, complete with a window, is fitted with modern amenities and a generously sized shower.

Professional cleaning services, including ozone sanitization and thorough cleaning, are carried out between each guest stay, with freshly laundered linens and towels provided.
