MONTEVERDE - APARTMENT

The approximately 90 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building in the heart of Monteverde. The property, recently renovated and elegantly furnished, consists of: 2 large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, kitchen and spacious living room, habitable terraces. It is very bright thanks to a triple exposure, and has a security door, air conditioning, grilles, thermal and acoustic insulation windows, and electric shutters. The building is on a quiet small street but is perfectly connected to public transport: 100 meters away there is the tram stop no. 8 which takes you in a few stops to the heart of Rome's historic center, Piazza Venezia; a 10-minute walk takes you to Trastevere station (with trains to WFP). Nearby there is Villa Pamphili, one of the largest parks in the city, and a short walk away there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the characteristic local market. Not suitable for families with children or young students.

The request is 1800€ monthly, plus 150€ condominium including water, heating and wi-fi, + utilities (electricity and gas on consumption). For those interested, it is possible to decide on a lump sum for utilities as well. Contracts from 6 months onwards.
