We rent a completely restored bright apartment of about 42 square meters, located a few meters from Trastevere and the lively Testaccio district overlooking the Tiber River. The apartment is located in an area served by supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, sport centers and various stores.The apartment is on the third floor and has a double elevator, concierge services and private indoor parking for a car, scooter and/or bicycle. It consists of a large entrance hall with a security door and a spacious walk-in closet, a large Loft with furnished with new designer furniture. It is furnished with a double bed, a sofa, a small bookcase, table chairs and a sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, microwave oven, washing machine, refrigerator, sink and dish drainer; it is stocked with dishes pots ,cutlery and various equipment. There is an ante-bathroom with double closet and a bathroom with washbasin shower bidet . The apartment has a small balcony and is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

 

As of April 2025 it has been completely renovated.

 

The monthly cost is 1150€ including expenses.

 

At least 6 months/one year contract with possibility of renewal is preferred.
