MONTEVERDE NUOVO - APARTMENT

The apartment, approximately 80 square meters in size, is located on a quiet and peaceful street in the Monteverde neighborhood, on the third and top floor. The apartment is very bright, tastefully furnished, and newly renovated. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room (with washing machine, drying rack, and ironing board), a bathroom, a master bedroom, a loft-style study/second bedroom, and two spacious terraces with a table and chairs. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room. Other features include an intercom system and double-glazed windows and doors.

The building is elegant and includes a large shared garden. Just 100 meters away is the tram stop for line no. 8, which takes you directly to the famous Piazza Venezia, in the heart of the historic city center, in about 20 minutes. The Trastevere train station, which connects to all other stations in Rome, is easily reachable on foot or with just two tram stops.

The area offers everything you might need: shops, cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies, as well as the typical local market in Piazza San Giovanni di Dio, with its colorful stands selling clothes, fresh fruit, and vegetables, open every morning.

Not suitable for families with children.
