Marco Polo Apartment

The apartment is silent and quiet and close to the Testaccio district of Rome.

The apartment is 75 sqm (800 sq ft) on the mezzanine floor. It looks out onto a sunny internal courtyard. To ensure quiet and privacy the unit has double-glazed windows. It also has a security door and the added security of window bars. The apartment has been renewed and refurbished recently and it can sleep up to 4 (eventually an additional bed).

There is a bedroom with a king-size double bed and right outside, a bathroom, with a stall shower and a washing machine. A second bedroom with a single bed has an ensuite bathroom with a stall shower too.

The living room provides a double sofa bed along with a TV, a wardrobe and a writing table. Both bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.

A fully furnished kitchen with stove tops, an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, has a dining corner in front of the kitchen with a table and chairs.

The minimum stay is 3 nights, with prices depending on the number of guests, starting from 120 euros/night (the basic price is for two people).
