The Cottage is located in the heart of Maremma, one of the most fascinating areas of Tuscany, near Capalbio and only 3 km from the sea (Chiarone area). It has a huge and magnificent flower garden of 3000 sqm.
Rome is only an hour and a half away and is easily accessible by train.
The Cottage is composed of a bright living room with a large fully equipped kitchen. In this environment, where there is also a fireplace, you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden, full of plants, flowers, vines, roses, wisteria and fruit tree. This garden is equipped with pergolas, deck chairs, hammocks, a shaded dining area and a barbeque. There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of these rooms is in a very airy loft. There is one bathroom. It's a place of peace located at a strategic point, in fact nearby you can do many activities in every season. Not too far away there is the possibility of wind surfing and kite surfing, horse riding, hiking, biking, golf, boat trips, spa and wellness centres.
