Charming one bedroom apartment in Piazza dei Ponziani, Trastevere. The location is all about being close to everything, and still in a quite angle of Trastevere. The apartment is on the second floor of a townhouse with three units (with no lift), one per floor, facing the square.
It can sleep 2+2, two in the room and two on the sofa and bunk beds. There is a small private courtyard for bicycles. It is furnished with all necessaries including fridge, dishwasher, washing, WiFi, smart TV, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans and silvers, linens. The heating is autonomous as well as A/C.
We are renting to people who are willing to stay anytime longer than 31 days at the rate of EUR 2.200,00 (all included) per month.
