WALK ROME GREEN - ECO WALKING TOURS

We are pleased to announce a new agreement with WALK ROME GREEN, a small guiding project in Rome, run by Mr. Óscar Maldonado Suárez.

Walk Rome Green focuses on small-group, eco-oriented walking experiences in and around Rome, combining nature, local history, and a slower, more sustainable way of exploring the area. The tours are designed especially for an international audience and are currently offered in English and German.

As examples, some of their most appreciated experiences include a walk along the Via Appia Antica, exploring one of the oldest Roman roads surrounded by countryside and archaeological remains, and a nature-focused walk in the Parco degli Acquedotti, where Roman engineering, open landscapes, and urban biodiversity come together.

Óscar is a certified Accompagnatore Turistico and also a Guida Ambientale Escursionistica (GAE), which allows him to lead both cultural walking tours and nature-based excursions outside the city, always with a strong focus on safety, environmental awareness, and quality storytelling.

Below you will find detailed information about the tours offered, for which our members are entitled to a 15% discount, using a special discount code that we will send upon request. Both open group tours and private tours are already scheduled and available directly in the online calendar.

Participants can choose the preferred date and format (open or private) when booking.

And, then, we decline them with donkeys, alpacas, refreshments in characteristic places, encounters with shepherds, butteri and farmers ...
