I am looking for a furnished apartment in Esquilino or Monti, for rent.

Requirements:

One bedroom (two bedrooms would be a plus)

Balcony or terrace preferred

Bright, in good condition

Budget: up to EUR 1,500 all inclusive

I work for a European Commission Agency, am currently based in Rome, and can provide references if required.
