We are pleased to inform you about our new collaboration with Centro Soluzioni Telefonia (CST), aiming to propose an exclusive tech support service for internal employees, aiming to offer convenient, fast, and reliable assistance directly at FAO HQ premises.
We understand how valuable employees' time is and how technological issues can cause inconvenience. For this reason, we intend to set up a compact technical assistance point, active two days a week for two hours each, dedicated entirelyto their needs.
The service will include:
● Technical Assistance: Support for personal PCs and smartphones.
● Configuration and Software: Help with installations and software troubleshooting.
● Accessory Sales: Availability of essential universal accessories (cables, stands, power banks, etc.).
● Express Repairs: Repair service with the possibility of an immediate replacement phone (Apple and Android) for urgent needs.
● Simplified Logistics: Collection and return of repaired devices the following day, where feasible.
